How does the Unified Agent use my project context?+
When you run the Unified Agent, it automatically loads your entire project spec — app name, description, target users, MVP features, tech stack, database entities, ERD schema, design system and your existing golden prompt. The agent uses all of this to generate improvements that are specific to your actual project, not generic advice.
Can I save the Unified Agent output as a new version?+
Yes. Before generating, check the "Save as new version" option and the output will be saved to your prompt version history automatically. You can access it later from My Prompts in your dashboard.
What does the DB Optimizer sidebar tool do?+
The DB Optimizer sidebar tool scores your schema 0–100 and flags missing indexes, RLS policy gaps and N+1 query patterns — with copy-paste SQL fixes for each issue found. 8 credits.
Can I cancel my plan anytime?+
Yes — no contracts, no lock-in. Cancel from your dashboard at any time and you retain access until the end of your billing period.
Do new subscribers get a bonus?+
Yes — every first-time Pro or Team subscriber receives 50 bonus credits as a welcome gift. The bonus is credited automatically when your subscription activates.
How do credits work?+
Every AI action costs credits: brainstorm costs 1, blueprint suggestions cost 2, prompt generation costs 5, auto-fill costs 15, ERD Generator costs 15, Architecture Diagram costs 12, Unified Agent costs 12. Regenerating a diagram adds +5 credits. Credits reset monthly on your billing date.
How does the Team feature work?+
On a Pro or Team plan, you can create a team from the Teams section in your dashboard. Invite members by email — they receive a magic link to join instantly. All team members share your plan credit pool and can create, view and edit prompts in the team workspace. You can assign Owner, Admin or Member roles.
Do team members need their own subscription?+
No. The team owner subscribes to Pro or Team plan and all invited members share that plan credit pool. Members can use all features available on the owner plan without paying separately.
Can I use PromptlyApps without a team?+
Yes — individual accounts are fully functional. Teams are an optional layer for collaboration. Your personal prompts, credits and wizard are entirely separate from any team workspace.
What are the ERD and Architecture diagram generators?+
Two AI-powered diagram tools in your dashboard. The ERD Generator takes your app description and produces a complete Entity-Relationship Diagram (tables, fields, relationships) in Mermaid.js format. The Architecture Generator creates a high-level system diagram showing your frontend, backend, databases and integrations. Both render in the browser and can be downloaded as Mermaid code (.mmd) or PNG images.
What format are the diagram downloads?+
.mmd (Mermaid code) can be pasted into GitHub, Notion, Confluence, GitLab, or any Mermaid-compatible tool. PNG is a 2× retina-quality image ready for presentations, README files, or documentation.
